Terms and Conditions

General terms for using ASD, creating an account, accessing campaigns, using subscription features, and submitting campaign claims.

Draft for lawyer review

This page is a draft structure for ASD and should be reviewed by a qualified Cyprus/EU lawyer before publication, launch, or commercial use.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions explain the general rules for accessing and using ASD, including the ASD website, member dashboard, campaign pages, subscription features, and claim-related functionality.

ASD is a subscription-based platform that may display selected property and product campaigns. Campaigns may show decreasing campaign prices, funding status, claim availability, and related campaign information.

These terms are prepared as a draft structure and must be reviewed by a qualified Cyprus/EU lawyer before final publication or commercial launch.

2. Platform status

ASD is a platform that presents campaigns, membership access, and claim opportunities. ASD is not automatically the seller of every product or property displayed on the platform unless expressly stated on the relevant campaign page or legal document.

Campaigns may involve third-party sellers, property developers, product suppliers, stores, service providers, couriers, lawyers, accountants, agents, or other partners.

ASD may coordinate the campaign process, but final purchases, transfers, deliveries, legal checks, and buyer obligations may depend on the relevant seller, partner, authority, or professional advisor.

3. User accounts

Users may need to create an ASD account to access certain features, including the member dashboard, campaign claim functionality, and subscription-based access.

Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for ensuring that the information provided in their ASD profile is accurate, complete, and up to date.

ASD may require users to provide profile details such as full name, email address, username, country of origin, city, and phone number before allowing campaign claims.

4. Membership and subscription access

ASD may offer paid subscription access to members. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal rules, cancellation rules, payment methods, and refund limitations are explained in the Subscription Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Subscription access does not guarantee that a user will successfully claim, purchase, receive, or transfer any campaign item.

Subscriptions provide platform access according to ASD rules, but campaign availability depends on campaign status, funding progress, claim timing, eligibility checks, and final ASD review.

5. Campaign visibility and funding status

ASD may display multiple property and product campaigns publicly. Some campaigns may be actively funded, while others may be visible as coming soon or waiting for future funding.

Campaign labels may include Funding now, Coming soon, Ready to claim, Reserved, Under review, Approved, or Completed.

ASD may choose which campaigns receive active subscription funding at any time. Campaign visibility does not mean that the campaign is actively funded or ready to claim.

6. Campaign prices

Campaign pages may display a starting price, current campaign price, and final campaign price.

The current campaign price may decrease according to ASD’s internal campaign and funding rules. The displayed price may be updated as campaign funding progresses.

A displayed final campaign price does not include all possible buyer-paid taxes, delivery costs, transfer fees, legal fees, registration fees, government charges, or other transaction-related costs unless clearly stated.

7. Claims and reservations

When a campaign becomes ready to claim, eligible members may be able to submit a claim through the ASD platform.

Submitting a claim does not automatically complete a sale, transfer ownership, guarantee delivery, or guarantee purchase approval.

A claim only reserves the right to proceed to ASD review. ASD may review the user’s profile, eligibility, subscription status, campaign availability, timing of the claim, and any legal or practical requirements before confirming next steps.

ASD may reject, cancel, or release a claim if the user is not eligible, does not respond, does not complete required steps, provides inaccurate information, or fails to meet transaction requirements.

8. Product campaigns

Product campaigns may involve physical products supplied by ASD, a partner store, supplier, seller, or third-party provider.

Product availability, specifications, condition, warranty, delivery timing, and delivery cost should be confirmed before final purchase or handover.

Delivery costs may be paid by the buyer unless the campaign page or Delivery and Delivery Costs policy states otherwise.

9. Property campaigns

Property campaigns may involve real estate, property developers, sellers, agents, lawyers, Land Registry procedures, taxes, government fees, professional fees, and transfer requirements.

A property claim does not transfer ownership and does not create an automatic right to acquire the property without further checks and documentation.

The buyer may be responsible for property transfer fees, stamp duties, VAT where applicable, legal fees, Land Registry fees, taxes, professional fees, and other property-related costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

Property transfer procedures and costs are explained separately in the Property Transfer Procedures and Costs page.

10. Delivery, taxes, and buyer-paid costs

Certain campaigns may require delivery, courier services, collection arrangements, insurance, customs, VAT, duties, taxes, or other buyer-paid charges.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, delivery costs, purchase taxes, transfer costs, government charges, and buyer-side professional fees are not included in the displayed campaign price.

Users should review the Delivery and Delivery Costs page, Purchase Taxes and Buyer Fees page, and Property Transfer Procedures and Costs page before claiming or proceeding with any campaign.

11. User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, keep their profile updated, follow ASD platform rules, and avoid misuse of the website or campaign system.

Users must not create false accounts, submit fraudulent claims, interfere with campaign functionality, attempt to manipulate claims, or provide misleading information.

Users are responsible for reviewing campaign details, legal documents, costs, taxes, and obligations before proceeding.

12. ASD rights

ASD may update campaigns, change campaign visibility, pause funding, correct errors, reject claims, remove campaigns, update prices, or modify platform rules where necessary.

ASD may suspend or restrict access to users who breach platform rules, provide inaccurate information, misuse the platform, or create legal, operational, or reputational risk.

ASD may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions may be published on this page.

13. Limitation of responsibility

ASD aims to provide accurate campaign information, but campaign details may depend on sellers, suppliers, developers, partners, or third parties.

ASD is not responsible for delays, costs, taxes, transfer issues, delivery issues, third-party errors, legal restrictions, or authority decisions unless responsibility is clearly accepted in writing.

Users should seek independent legal, tax, financial, or professional advice before proceeding with any significant product or property purchase.

14. Related legal pages

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with ASD’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Campaign Rules, Subscription Terms, Claim and Purchase Disclaimer, Delivery and Delivery Costs, Purchase Taxes and Buyer Fees, Property Transfer Procedures and Costs, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Seller and Partner Terms.

15. Contact

For questions about these Terms and Conditions, users may contact ASD using the contact details provided on the website.

Final company details, registered address, email address, and legal entity information should be added here before publication.
