Subscription Terms

Draft terms explaining ASD membership subscriptions, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, payment failure, and how subscription access connects to campaign claims.

Draft for lawyer review

These Subscription Terms are a draft structure for ASD. They should be reviewed by a qualified Cyprus/EU lawyer and tax advisor before publication, launch, or commercial use.

Subscription summary

Platform access

A subscription gives access to ASD member features according to platform rules. It does not guarantee a successful campaign claim.

Recurring billing

Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled by the user or restricted by ASD according to these terms.

Claim eligibility

A user may need an active subscription and a complete profile before submitting a campaign claim.

Extra costs

Subscription fees do not include product prices, property prices, delivery costs, taxes, transfer fees, or buyer-paid charges.

1. Introduction

These Subscription Terms explain how ASD membership subscriptions may work, including subscription access, billing, renewal, cancellation, payment failure, refunds, and the relationship between subscription access and ASD campaign claims.

ASD is planned as a subscription-based platform where members may access campaign features, view selected campaigns, and submit claims when eligible campaigns become ready to claim.

These Subscription Terms are prepared as a draft structure and should be reviewed by a qualified Cyprus/EU lawyer before publication, launch, or commercial use.

2. Subscription access

A paid ASD subscription may give members access to selected platform features, campaign visibility, member dashboard functionality, and claim-related functionality according to ASD rules.

Subscription access does not guarantee that a member will successfully claim a campaign, purchase a product, purchase a property, receive delivery, or complete a property transfer.

ASD may update, limit, suspend, or change subscription features where necessary for legal, technical, operational, financial, or business reasons.

3. Subscription price

The subscription price will be displayed clearly before payment or checkout.

ASD may currently plan to offer a monthly subscription price, but the final price, VAT treatment, billing currency, and payment terms should be confirmed before launch.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, the subscription fee gives access to ASD platform membership only. It does not include product purchase prices, property purchase prices, delivery costs, taxes, transfer fees, legal fees, government charges, or buyer-paid costs.

4. VAT and taxes on subscriptions

Subscription prices may include or exclude VAT depending on how ASD presents pricing, user location, tax status, and applicable law.

ASD should clearly state at checkout whether the subscription price includes VAT or whether VAT is added separately.

Final VAT treatment should be reviewed by ASD’s accountant or tax advisor before launch.

5. Billing cycle

ASD subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis, such as monthly, unless a different billing cycle is displayed at checkout.

The billing cycle starts when the user successfully subscribes and payment is accepted by the payment provider.

Users should review the subscription price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation rules before subscribing.

6. Automatic renewal

Unless cancelled before the next billing date, an ASD subscription may renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected by the user.

By subscribing, the user authorises ASD or ASD’s payment provider to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until the subscription is cancelled.

ASD should clearly explain renewal rules before the user subscribes.

7. Payment provider

ASD may use a third-party payment provider to process subscription payments.

The payment provider may process payment details, card details, billing information, fraud checks, transaction records, and payment confirmations according to its own terms and privacy policy.

ASD should not store full payment card details directly unless this is expressly stated and legally reviewed.

8. Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, ASD or its payment provider may attempt to retry the payment.

ASD may notify the user that payment has failed and may request updated payment details.

If payment is not completed, ASD may suspend, restrict, downgrade, or cancel subscription access.

A failed payment may affect the user’s ability to access claim features or remain eligible for campaign claims.

9. Cancellation by the user

Users should be able to cancel their ASD subscription according to the cancellation process provided by ASD or the payment provider.

Cancellation stops future renewals but may not automatically refund past payments unless required by law or stated in ASD’s Refund and Cancellation Policy.

ASD should provide a clear cancellation process before launch and should ensure that cancellation rules are visible and easy to understand.

10. Effect of cancellation

When a user cancels their subscription, the user may continue to have access until the end of the paid billing period, unless ASD states otherwise or the account is restricted for breach of rules.

After the subscription ends, the user may lose access to paid member features, claim functionality, or other subscription-only platform features.

Cancellation may affect active claims, pending reviews, or eligibility status depending on the timing and ASD’s campaign rules.

11. Right of withdrawal and cooling-off period

Depending on applicable consumer law, users may have a right to withdraw from an online subscription contract within a statutory cooling-off period.

The exact withdrawal rules, timing, exceptions, and effect of immediate access to digital services should be reviewed by a qualified Cyprus/EU lawyer before launch.

ASD should clearly explain any withdrawal rights, exceptions, consent requirements, and refund consequences before the user subscribes.

12. Refunds

Refunds are explained separately in ASD’s Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Subscription payments may be non-refundable after access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by ASD.

ASD should clearly explain whether refunds are available for unused time, accidental renewals, failed claims, rejected claims, account cancellation, or campaign changes.

13. Subscription and campaign funding

ASD may use subscription revenue as part of its internal campaign funding model.

Subscription revenue allocation, campaign funding progress, displayed campaign prices, and campaign status may follow ASD’s internal rules.

A user’s subscription payment does not create ownership rights, investment rights, profit rights, voting rights, or a right to a specific campaign.

Subscription payments do not guarantee that any specific campaign will become ready to claim.

14. No guarantee of claim success

An active subscription may be required to submit a claim, but it does not guarantee that a claim will be accepted, approved, or completed.

Campaign claims remain subject to ASD review, profile completion, eligibility status, campaign availability, claim timing, legal requirements, payment requirements, seller or partner confirmation, and final ASD approval.

ASD may reject or release a claim according to the Campaign Rules and Claim and Purchase Disclaimer.

15. Profile completion requirement

ASD may require users to complete their member profile before submitting campaign claims.

Required profile details may include full name, username, country of origin, city, phone number, and email address.

ASD may request additional information later for property campaigns, legal checks, delivery coordination, eligibility review, or transaction completion.

16. Subscription suspension or termination by ASD

ASD may suspend, restrict, or terminate a subscription or account if the user breaches ASD rules, provides false information, misuses the platform, attempts to manipulate claims, fails to pay, creates duplicate accounts, or creates legal or operational risk.

ASD may also suspend access for technical maintenance, payment issues, fraud prevention, security concerns, or legal compliance.

If an account is suspended or terminated, active claims may also be reviewed, paused, rejected, or released.

17. Changes to subscription terms

ASD may update subscription prices, features, billing cycles, renewal rules, cancellation processes, or subscription terms in the future.

Where required by law, ASD should notify users of material changes before they take effect.

If a user does not agree with updated subscription terms, the user may be able to cancel the subscription according to the cancellation process.

18. Promotions, trials, and offers

ASD may offer promotional prices, free trials, discounted periods, referral offers, or special subscription campaigns.

Any promotion should clearly state the price, duration, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and whether the price changes after the promotional period.

Promotional access does not guarantee claim success or campaign completion.

19. Account responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their account login details secure and for ensuring that their payment method remains valid.

Users should not share subscription access with unauthorised persons.

ASD may restrict access if account sharing, suspicious activity, misuse, or fraud is detected.

20. Related legal pages

These Subscription Terms should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Campaign Rules, Claim and Purchase Disclaimer, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Delivery and Delivery Costs, Purchase Taxes and Buyer Fees, and Property Transfer Procedures and Costs.

21. Contact

Users may contact ASD with subscription, billing, cancellation, or payment questions using the contact details provided on the website.

Final company contact details, legal entity information, and support email should be added before publication.
